FREEDOM

I pledge ALLEGIANCE to the flag of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and to the REPUBLIC, for which it STANDS, one nation under GOD, INDIVISIBLE, with LIBERTY and JUSTICE for ALL!

It is not by accident that Christopher Columbus sailed across the ocean blue,  it was by the grace of God.      The pilgrims came en mass searching for religious freedom.  Battle lines have been drawn and crossed countless times to defend it.  Still today our soldiers fight to defend our country from those who would take that right from us.  

We can enjoy a day off work, time with our families, and the traditional apple pie, but let us not forget to give thanks where thanks is due.  I thank my Father in Heaven for the country that I live in and the protection He provides us through the successes of our military men and women.  Remember why the pilgrims came and what our forefathers intended as they wrote the constitution.  We remain one nation indivisible, only when we remember that we are UNDER GOD and His constant care.
