I'm all laced up and ready to go but I just can't make that transition from my chair in the closet to the pavement. I can get to the elliptical or the bike at the gym no problem but the running just isn't happening. Really it shouldn't be a problem but the running is the only thing that seems to come out victorious in my constant battle of food vs the scale.
Motivation gone missing. If found let me know. Me and my catty self will just be napping until then.
